Welcome to the Crosby Sports Association (CSA) website! This website is designed to keep you informed about news & events for the youth in Crosby that participate in baseball and softball leagues.

News Updates and Important Information

Spring Ball Registration!
2015 Spring Ball Registration for ages 3 and up will be at the Crosby Sports Complex on Friday and Saturday of the last two full weekends in January at the following times:
  • Friday, January 23th from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
  • Saturday, January 24th from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

  • Friday, January 30th from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
  • Saturday, January 31st from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
    Please Note: Saturday, January 31st is the last day of sign ups.

    Cost: $160.00 per player for all divisions except Wrangler (Mini-TeeBall - Ages 3 & 4) which will be $100.00 per player. Full uniform (jersey, hat/visor, pants, belt & socks) will be included.

    Spring Tryouts
    Try-outs will be held for most age divisions. Please arrive early to warm-up. These tryouts help the coaches evaluate players in order to draft theer teams. If players do not show up for try-outs, they will randomly be assigned to a team. Also remember, everyone will make a team and everyone plays. The spring season is for recreational play so come join us and have a fun spring season. Try-out dates and times are as follows...

  • Co-ed Wrangler division (Ages 3 & 4) also known as Mini-TeeBall: No Try-outs.

  • Boys Shetland division (Ages 5 & 6): Saturday, February 7th at 10:00 AM if you registered on the Jan. 23/24.
  • Boys Shetland division (Ages 5 & 6): Saturday, February 7th at 12:00 PM if you registered on the Jan. 30/31.

  • Boys Pinto division (Ages 7 & 8): Tuesday, February 3rd at 6:30 PM if player is 7 years old.
  • Boys Pinto division (Ages 7 & 8): Thursday, February 5th at 6:30 PM if player is 8 years old.

  • Boys Mustang division (Ages 9 & 10): Saturday, February 7th at 9:00 AM if your last name starts with A-L.
  • Boys Mustang division (Ages 9 & 10): Saturday, February 7th at 11:00 AM if your last name starts with M-Z.

  • Boys Bronco division (Ages 11 & 12): Saturday, February 7th at 9:00 AM for all players.

  • Boys Pony division (Ages 13 & 14): Saturday, February 7th at 10:00 AM if player is 13 years old.
  • Boys Pony division (Ages 13 & 14): Saturday, February 7th at 11:00 AM if player is 14 years old.

  • Girls Shetland division (Ages 5 & 6): No Try-outs.

  • Girls Pinto division (Ages 7 & 8): Thursday, February 5th at 6:00 PM for all players.

  • Girls Boys Mustang division (Ages 9 & 10): Tuesday, February 3rd at 6:00 PM for all players.

  • Girls Bronco division (Ages 11 & 12): Tuesday, February 3rd at 6:30 PM for all players.

  • Girls Pony division (Ages 13 & 14): Tuesday, February 3rd at 7:30 PM for all players.

    Team Mom Meeting
    Once teams are selected, a Team Mom should be selected as soon as possible. The Team Mom meeting will be held on Thursday, February 12th at 6:45 PM in the Crosby Community Center near the Crosby Park.

    Safety & Parking Lot Reminder
    Please remember NOT to leave any valuables in your cars. Also, please remember to lock your cars. There have been some reported cases of breakins at the ballpark, so please take these matters seriously.

    Ballpark Reminders
  • Please make sure your team is picking up all trash left on the field and bleachers after each practice/game.
  • No Dogs Allowed at the park at any time.
  • No riding toys with wheels are allowed including ripsticks, skateboards, bikes, scooters, etc.
  • No "wall ball" allowed on any wall at the park.
